This eService facilitates the process of booking a medical prescription delivery service with the Health Center pharmacy as it allows the user to request the delivery service online without the need to stand in a queue or visit the Health Center. The service will send the user an SMS with the request number as soon as the appointment is added. Your medication will be delivered to your home, please follow the instructions and update your delivery address. This service will not include Controlled medications and it will be for chronic patient medications. The delivery service provider will contact you to arrange for the suitable delivery time.

To ensure the quality and efficiency of this eService, the user should take into consideration the following points:

• The user can add only one request/appointment with the same CPR.
• The user won't be able to add a new appointment with the same CPR again until the previous one is completed.
• The user can cancel the appointment prior to the appointment date. After that, the “Cancel” option won't be available.
