The Ministry of Health introduces a service that offers vaccination details for childhood, adolescents in the schools and health care workers; also it provides general information about vaccination to the citizens and residents.
Please note that MoH team ensured that the provided information is accurate. However it may be subject to unintentional error. Therefore, Ministry of Health will hold no criminal or civil responsibility for any error or misrepresentation of the data provided through the e-service. Be aware that the Child Immunization Information is available online until November 2015. In case the required information is not available through the e-service, please visit the concerned health center to get the full details.
Moreover, the Ministry is in the process of enhancing this e-service to achieve higher levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
Service Steps

To view immunization details relevant to Students of Intermediate Schools in the Kingdom of Bahrain, click on “Student Immunization” link

Enter the “Student Personal Number”, “Student Date of Birth” and “Block Number” then click “Submit”

All immunizations that have been taken by the student will be displayed. In addition, a schedule of any remaining immunization that must be taken will be visible. If you wish to print a copy of the data, click on “Print”
